EF-1 was "How to Understand and Use your Vacuum Tube Voltmeter" The manual walked through assembling of this chassis and then the use of the voltmeter in testing the chassis. This power supply could produce 190 VDC and 140 VAC and was usable by any equipment that needed that type of power.
