32 volt DC powered radio used on farms before 110 VAC power was available. Power could come from batteries or a wind charger. AM bands. TRF circuit. This radio chassis was used in many different cabinets. Caution: Always use Delco tubes. Aerial: An outside aerial to consist of stranded wire not less than No. 22. Ground: A suitable ground attached to a cold water pipe or 6 foot ground rod. Battery: Special 140-volt Delco Power Unit. 32 volt supply.
