"BC-455B ARC-5 Command Receiver". ARC-5 radios were used throughout WWII in bombers and fighters as well as the Navy. In the 1950's and 1960's they were sold as surplus and grabbed up by ham operators and converted to ham radio use. This radio belonged to Rudy Peters of Huntington, WV and still works today.
