Battery Eliminator. Plugs into 110V AC wall power and outputs 100 VDC power. This eliminates the "B" battery. The tubes draw enough current that batteries need to be constantly recharged. The battery eliminator allowed the old battery sets to be powered from AC house power. This way a favorite show or ball game would not be missed from low batteries.
