A classic workhorse Volt Ohm meter using vacuum tubes. Measures DC, AC voltages and resistance over an extremely wide range. Has a zero-center scale for use in aligning FM or AFC discriminator circuits. A service grade meter that is accurate enough for everyday radio/TV repair work but not suited to a laboratory.
