Measures capacitance. Tests for shorts and opens. Wien bridge permits in-circuit measurement (0.5 - 50 mfd) with shunt as low as 35 ohms. Short test up to 2000 mfd. Open test down to 15 mmf. Same as the model 955 next to it but a new color scheme and different case.
