Subtle refinement of the V1 model. Added 0 - 10 volt and an R x10 range. It incorporated a new 200 microamp meter movement replacing the V-1's 500 microamp meter. Note that Heath used "M" to denote "thousand" on the front panel. This peculiar nomenclature was used up to and including the early series of the V-4A.
