Heath's second kit-form product after the O-1 oscilloscope. Uses a balanced bridge circuit with input resistance 11 Megohms for DC voltages and 6.5 Megohm for AC voltages. Note that Heath used "M" to denote "thousand" on the front panel. This peculiar nomenclature was used up to and including the early series of the V-4A.
