Twin lever paddle mounted on a heavy metal base. This key has no markings on it but matches pictures of the BTL-A. The original nameplate was supposed to be glued to the base. This base has been repainted dark brown wrinkle finish. Brown Brothers Machine Company (BBMC) of St. Louis, MO.
