All instructions are written in German. Appears to be WWII vintage. Three scales: 6 Volts, 60 Volts, and 300 Volts depending on where the wires are attached. Also appears to be able to measure resistance. Wooden box with dove tail corners. Metal plate on top and bottom. Compartment underneath for leads and a battery.
