Western Union Teletype. This model has a phone dial so was probably run on the Telex network. Telex was used from the 1920's through most of the 20th century. In the 1960's many were hooked to main frame computers for input and output.
The model 32 is a small lightweight (?) machine (cheap production) 45-50-56-75 Baud, optional tape punch and reader.
