This is an AC powered 9 tube meter. It is a high-impedance voltmeter incorporating both AC and DC ranges for voltages up to 150 volts. The upper frequency limit of the AC ranges is in the vicinity of 500 Mc. The meter essentially reads peak-to-peak but the scales are calibrated to read the RMS value assuming sinusoidal applied voltages.
